We find that most people prefer to start with our website followed up by a virtual or in person tour of one of our several model homes. Our staff is specialized in getting you started on the right path to finding the perfect home and home site.

Typically from purchase agreement to closing takes +/- six months to complete.

However, if you need to move quicker, talk to us about some of our Quick Move-In Spotlight homes.

We understand that not everyone can wait 6 months for new construction but they really want the carefree security a new home offers. So we take our most popular plans and selections and build homes that you can purchase while under construction or when completed for a quick seamless move in.

If you have a pre approval already bring that ,if you don’t have one we can set you up with a fantastic lender to help you. Aside from that bring your ideas and questions and our new home sales consultants will guide you through the process

We are able to help clients with all types of credit scenarios.

Bring your dreams and pinterest boards because at Silverthorne making the home work for you is our goal. You get to select every aspect of your new home from a large array of selections.

Most of our customers utilize the ability to customize our homes to better suit their needs. This allows us to have photographs of many different floorplans and styles to give you has much visual ideas for your home as possible.

Sometimes we have computer generated images of new home plans we have yet to build. These images will show close to but not exactly what the final product would look like. Similar to the customized photographs, each home is uniquely different, and each home will look different than their computer generated counterpart. 

Yes, depending on your pre approval will determine if you need to sell your home before closing on the new home or if you can wait until after you move into your dream home.

At Silverthorne, we have a trailblazing in house warranty process that takes care of you and your home for the first year after construction is complete. Our warranty process insures that you have a wonderful home built to last the tests of time.

Homeowners associations are a huge benefit to some of our communities. Through these HOA’s they dictate what we as a builder can put in each community, this guarantees that you don’t have the eyesore of a “cookie cutter” subdivision. Your new neighborhood will be just as beautiful and unique as the dream home you create.
